    Married since x 8 years , Non – consangenious marriage ,
    2 abortion – 1st baby @ 6 months due to less AFI , 2nd baby @ 7 months due to heart anamoly
    Regular menstrual cycle with 4 days of normal flow
    patient had already undergone 3 cycles of IUI on 2019 – negative
    2 cycles of IVF got positive both times got abortion.
    patient got stimulated once on 2022 march .
    2 times FET done to surrogate on 2022 , 2023
    patient was stimulated again and oocyte were retrieved on 20.02.2023
    now patient is on Tab. Xenositol x 2 months
    Today D19 , scan was done
    patient is advised INJ. Lupride 0.5 s.c daily & Tab. primoult – n 5mg bd x 7 days
