   LMP ; 07.04.2023 regular cycle with 4 days of normal flow
   H/O A1 – 2 months no fhr natural conception
   patient had already undergone 4 cycles of IVF (ICSI) – 2 cycles in 2021 & 2022 in indria hospital and 2 cycles in cochin in the year 2019 & 2020
   ERA done in 2021 – Receptive .
   patient is interested in surrogacy
   patient is advised for Donor eggs ICSI
   Patient is advised Tab. Xenositol x 2 months , Tab.Fertisure x 2 months
