    Married since 4years , Non- consanguineous marriage, anxious to conceive.
    Patient underwent 5 cycles of IUI @ 2020 – negative
    H/o epileptic event in school days
    patient also underwent laparotomy for uterine fibroid 7 tube patency test
    patient had undergone 5 cycle of oocyte retrieval
    patient underwent 4 cycles of Embryo transfer
    patient got positive through ivf conception
    LMP : 27.10.23
    GA : 8 W + O D
    c/o bleeding on 19.12.23
    Today scan was done
    Twin live gestational sac present , fetal heart beat present in both sac.
    patient is advised to continue luteal support until next visit
